This assembly includes a lighter cup and flash extension tube that channels the igniter spark to the oven burner. It connects the igniter to the burner area, ensuring reliable gas ignition when the oven is turned on. Replace this part if your oven fails to ignite, ignites inconsistently, or you notice a delayed lighting of the burner.
