This time-delay fuse protects the appliance's power circuit by opening when current exceeds a safe level while tolerating brief inrush current. Replacing a blown fuse can help restore power once the root cause is corrected. What it does:

  • Protects the line and control circuits from shorts and overloads
  • Time-delay design helps prevent nuisance opening during startup surges
  • When open, the unit will be completely dead—no display, lights, or response
  • Repeatedly opening usually indicates an unresolved electrical fault that needs diagnosis
What's included:
  • 1 time-delay fuse
Install notes:
  • Disconnect power at the breaker before servicing; some appliances can retain dangerous high voltage
  • Replace only with the same type and rating specified by the manufacturer
  • Inspect the fuse holder and wiring for heat damage or loose connections before reassembly
  • If the new fuse opens immediately, stop and diagnose the underlying cause; never bypass or upsize a fuse
