Signs of a malfunctioning or broken complete engine can include heavy vibration or shaking from the equipment, black or white smoke pluming from the exhaust pipe, or particularly rough riding and bad traction from the log splitter. If any of these issues cannot be resolved by fixing an individual component within or outside of the log splitter engine, the complete engine can be replaced with this OEM part.
