This kit includes a 1/4-inch plastic water line that is approximately 72 inches long. The tubing will need to be cut to match the desired length.
Causes of a bad water line can include wear and tear from prolonged use, kinks or bends restricting water flow, or leaks due to punctures or cracks. A compromised water line can result in inadequate ice production or water leaks.
Symptoms of a bad ice maker water line include:

This was actually one of the easiest fixes I’ve done. All that was required was to remove 3 screws to remove the broken part. I used a pair of pliers to remove the moisture sensors from the broken part to the new one.
