The Dual Element is an OEM part for Frigidaire ranges. This element features two heating zones, allowing for versatile cooking options by providing both high and low heat settings on the same burner. It ensures efficient and consistent heating, making it ideal for various cooking tasks. It contains a 9-inch, 1200-watt element and a 6-inch, 1300-watt element, combining for 2500 watts at 240 volts

Symptoms of a bad dual element include:
- Burner not heating up
- Inconsistent or uneven heating
- Element not switching between high and low heat
- Visible damage to the element
This OEM replacement is also compatible with Electrolux, Gibson, Kelvinator, and Kenmore models.

The outer ring of the front left element would heat but the inner would not Larry G. • Flintstone , GA • December 17, 2019
Replacement of the element was relatively straightforward, but there are a couple of things to be aware of before you begin. First, turn off power to the stove at the breaker box. Removal of the old element is simple, just remove the two screws that secure the wide mounting bracket that holds the two front elements. Carefully turn the assembly over. To...
