1. I turned off power
2, Pulled off facia around controls on freezer door,, you have to pull out the bottom part of the chute first , its clipped in
3. Disconnected the front panel
4. Unscrewed the next panel to allow access to the chute flap
5. Removed 1 screw holding complete flap and mechanism and replaced with new
6. Re installed all parts in reverse

So even though the web might say that the left hinge assembly is not compatible with your fridge, or that the right hinge assembly is no longer available, it will still work.

I found the condensing fan motor would not turn with power applied. I also found a drain tube cracked and breaking.
I had to use a snub nose screwdriver to remove and replace condensing fan motor. The power wires were simply a snap on. The new drain tube just slipped on.
