Removed two screws on top of the washer, by pulling plastic covers off it exposed two Philips head long screws. Lift the top up and on the right-hand side, I removed two short Philips head screws from door lock switch. Popped old one out and had a new one in about 10-15 min. I removed the 24mm nut holding the steel lower rotor, slid the rotor off, removed the upper coupling from the clutch unit, (3 #2 phillips screws with Loctite), removed all broken pieces, lightly lubed the central splined shaft, and reassembled the lower rotor. Read more
This lid assembly includes the top cover and associated components that secure your washer's opening during operation.
