Missing mounting bracket after kitchen remodel. Daniel W. • Alexandria , VA • November 23, 2018
Somehow one of the mounting brackets disappeared after I had the cabinets and counter replaced, but these were a perfect replacement. They don't stick out as wide as the original brackets, but I think these are a better design. Also, the I found the original brackets online, but they were way overpriced, so i was glad to find these.

Following an 8-month long rehab of our kitchen, we found that some key parts of the dishwasher were missing once it was reinstalled. I researched the part numbers on the Bosch website and plugged them in to the AppliancePartsPros.com website and they came right up. The order arrived in a couple of days and installation just took a few minutes. Happy to have our dishwasher back to looking as good as our new kitchen!

Bosch shem78w55n dishwasher leaking from bottom pan Francis S. • Vermillion , SD • May 26, 2020
Leak was slow but becoming gradually worse. Pulled dishwasher out from under counter then visually inspected sump while it ran. As soon as the water got very hot, I could see the sump leaking where it meets the stainless pan. Searched for the correct sump gasket without success. Turns out that the gasket is built into the sump for this model. The built-in gasket is very narrow (under-engineered IMHO which is probably why it developed a leak). Thanks to Simon's excellent videos at...

The top and middle dishwasher racks not staying on tracks falling off/ out. James F. • Bainbridge , OH • January 01, 2022
The top and middle racks had broken rollers. Tracks were intact. Went to the website with the Model number. Pulled up drawings. Turns out the rollers are part of assemblies; for the middle rack "Rail-Pull out" left and right (mirror images of each other). Top: "Holder", which is a set of two.
Top rack: the Holders just snap on with built-in clips. Easy. about 2 minutes per side.
The Middle rack is a little more complicated. There's a spring-loaded clip that you push on, slide the rail...

Screws had fallen out of the metal frame around the inner dw door Leonard T. • Braintree , MA • April 15, 2025
I had removed the frame some time ago to deal with a different issue. It turns out there are two types of screws. Apparently, when I replaced the screws, I did so randomly, and some did not quite fit the holes, and fell out and were lost over time. There are longer screws, 022 on your diagram, that fit the UPPER three holes in the dishwasher door frame. The shorter screws, 023 on your diagram, fit the lower three holes on the dishwasher door frame. The screw heads are the same, but the...

This is a small plastic clip that attaches to the tines on a dishwasher rack to help hold dishes, cups, or other items securely in place during the wash cycle. It snaps onto individual rack tines and prevents lightweight items from shifting or flipping over.
