I followed the instructional video on your website. I removed the access cover and then removed the 4 screws holding the old motor in place. Removed the wiring harness clip. Carefully removed the old motor so as to not allow the shaft to come all the way out and displace the spring at the top of the shaft. (great tip from the video). Installed the new motor. I removed the spillover grille, unscrewed two Phillip's screws, pulled off the dispenser cover, unclipped the wiring harness in back of the cover and set the cover aside. This exposes the works behind the cover. It was easy to see that the switch which controls the ice dispenser was not being held firmly in place. I went on line to this vendor. I found the part then called to speak to a rep. He confirmed the oart. We ordered it through the rep and it came two days aerie then expected. While I can admit the packaging could have been more protective especially for a metal and glass shelf, it arrived undamaged and perfectly brand new piece.
