This was my first visit to Appliance Parts Pros (APP), I've seen their videos on Youtube several times, but this was the first time I needed parts. Though I'm handy, Appliance repair is kinda new to me, I've always gotten by, but when the fridge would not defrost, I needed to do lots of reading up and googling around to get an education to determine the issue. APP was the best source and ultimately the resolution in troubleshooting and parts purchase.
