Removed old handles by sliding the top and bottom trim covers up and down respectively which reveals the handle screws, unscrewing the old handles ( 4 screws each) screwing in the the new handles and sliding the covers back in place. Probably took 5 minutes. Excellent!

I could hear the old motor try to turn by it's hum but no ice came out. I made sure the auger was not jammed. The motor replacement took about 15 minutes. This was a very simple fix, one wire connection and 9 screws.
