The repair was quite simple thanks to Appliance Parts Pro. The first step that I did was watch the helpful repair video from appliance Parts pro. I did not just run out and buy the condenser fan motor as instructed by the repair video. I went and bought a multimeter tester and tested the motor and it determined to be the condenser motor. Replace both thee the dispenser lever and the housing as both had broken tabs. Took about 45 minutes. Pretty straight forward repair. Easy enough that you can simply look at it to see how it comes apart. Tip: to get main panel off, remove 3 screws under drip tray then the panel slides up to come off door.
