This is the second time of needing repair. I remove the ice bucket, open the crusher, remove the 5 blades. Straighten the blades, reinstall. I then order new blades, The next time it happens I will install the new blades. The reason for the malfunction, (my guess), two ice cubes partially melted stick together and the size and angel the enter crusher cause the problem. (After watching how to video on Appliance Parts Pro site) and
Replaced part. Only hard part was feeding water line back through hole. I had to tape a piece of string to guide it back through. Wish I knew how the pros do it - wish that had been highlighted in re-assembly video. Still $35 to fix a refrigerator and 30 minutes of my time is very sweet.
