Profess: I have known for years that this model does not have the heater circuits that allows it to run in a cold room/garage. To solve this problem, I usually stuck a hair dryer on medium under the front lip to blow warm enough air back to the compressor area. Our side-by-side refrigerator had a split door seal, a broken hinge bearing, and a broken front roller assembly. Luckily these repairs used the same tools and required the removal of the same parts since they all occurred on the frig side.
