The top shelf for the lower door (fridge) Scott M. • Mclean , VA • October 10, 2015
My only problem was I didn't have the part in stock. I do maintenance at a 150 unit Apt. complex. The fridgidare model we have all 3 shelves are different. This repair was so simple a 2 year old could do it. The rest of my order was for stock. Things get broken quit often at work which is good for job security.

The refrigerator door handle had been broken and removed by a tenant in my rental house. James W. • Walterboro , SC • January 14, 2019
Using the make and model of the refrigerator, I did some research on the internet to find a detailed diagram of the door. I then found AppliancePartsPros.com. Since the diagram was somewhat difficult to see clearly, the representative I spoke with on the phone went the extra mile to be sure I ordered the correct parts.

Missed good old fashioned ice trays Cheryl S. • Mesa , AZ • September 30, 2018
Just missed having decent ice trays. The only ones I could find were either:
1. Expensive
2. Flimsy - only lasted a couple of months
3. Silicone-bottomed that half the compartments leak after a few uses
These are the wonderful old fashioned kind that are easy to use and last forever. Just didn’t think I’d find them again!

The back wall of my freezer was frozen but working and the bottom or fridge section was not cold Paula S. • St. Louis , MO • July 09, 2017
Well my reliable handyman brother told me he fixed his fridge, as he had same problem. Freezer working but fridge warm. He suggested I order Defrost Heater Kit. I looked it up on your website and found part but noticed Defrost Thermostat as well. So I ordered both. Anyhow he installed the thermostat only. Fridge is cooling. We did not install Defrost Heater Kit. Gonna see if we even need to? So far so good with just the thermostat. We'll be watching to see if back wall freezes up again.
