My refrigerator door would pop open and stay ajar when i closed the freezer door Joseph C. • Rockaway Beach , NY • May 22, 2017
I ordered the door stops (or door cams) for both the fridge and freezer and the hinge bearings. I figured I might as well do both if I'm going to do one. Very easy. Watched a YouTube video. Got a link to the site to order the parts. All you need is a screwdriver and ratchet. Done in 30 minutes.

Leaking defrost pan on frigidaire model ffhs2313le3 Gary D. • Howell , NJ • August 31, 2015
Previously, I removed the lower rear cardboard back of the unit and saw the crack in the defrost pan. It was probably damaged when unit was moved using appliance hand truck. I looked up the part number AP4319611 in the exploded view diagrams of the unit. The part was ordered and delivered in a few short days. Emptied the unit and removed all shelves/glass to avoid damage since the unit must be tilted enough to reach under and remove two 1/4 inch hex screws. Tilted to the right side (facing...

Not able to close the bottom door tightly Hue V. • Fitchburg , MA • August 04, 2017
I put a new bottom grill but I had to loosen up the socket bolt on the bottom corner so the grill can fit in. After that I had to tighten the socket bolt back up. There were three of them and only two were good and one of them was bad. There was two on the top and one on the bottom. I took the bottom and replaced it to the top left in order to hold the door and it be able to open and close. I also changed the rubber gasket door. I applied Vaseline around it. I cleaned off with a warm water...

Intermittent compressor performance "clicking" relay Anthony J. • Orlando , FL • November 12, 2018
Replaced start relay and capacitor. Good news, repair successful. Bad news, parts supplied are not direct fit plug and play on my Frigidaire model. Supplied parts are larger than the original. Wire retaining clip needs to be modified to hold relay in position against compressor. Original Molex connector did not connect to the supplied relay. The male spades on the supplied relay are larger than the original. Needed to cut off connector and crimp on larger female spade connectors to individual...

Frig door hinge worn letting door drag on bottom Jerry P. • Shawnee , KS • January 21, 2017
My 10 year old frig door was hanging down to the point it wasnt fully closing and sealing unless you picked up on it. I ordered a lower hinge bracket, upper and lower bearing, and spacer. My bracket was bent down a little due to my kids hanging on the door when looking at the bottom shelf and i discovered my bracket was held on by only two bolts when there was supposed to be three. I ordered a bolt too. I was able to remove the bottom hinge, remove door to replace upper and lower bearing and...

The top shelf for the lower door (fridge) Scott M. • Mclean , VA • October 10, 2015
My only problem was I didn't have the part in stock. I do maintenance at a 150 unit Apt. complex. The fridgidare model we have all 3 shelves are different. This repair was so simple a 2 year old could do it. The rest of my order was for stock. Things get broken quit often at work which is good for job security.
