This electronic control board is the appliance's main PCB that manages functions and the user interface. Replacing a failed board can restore normal operation when the unit is unresponsive, erratic, or displaying control-related errors.
- Directs operation of key components based on user settings and sensor feedback
- Powers and communicates with the display/interface and control pads
- Coordinates timing through relays and interfaces with safety/protection circuits
- Common symptoms: no response to buttons, dead/blank display, unexpected cycling or beeping, control error codes, or visible damage on the old board
What's included: 1 electronic control board Install notes:
- Disconnect power before servicing and verify no voltage is present
- Use ESD precautions; handle the PCB by the edges and avoid flexing it
- Photograph/label connectors; transfer each to the same location on the new board, matching any jumpers or DIP-switch settings if present
- After installation, restore power and run the model's test/diagnostic or a cycle to confirm proper operation

- Provides the initial electrical boost motors need to start turning
- Helps maintain steady motor speed during operation
- Commonly linked to symptoms like compressors that hum but don't start
- Needed if refrigerator cycles frequently or cooling is inconsistent
What's included:
Install notes:
- Disconnect power before accessing electrical components
- Discharge the capacitor before touching terminals to avoid shock
- Verify wiring and terminal orientation before reconnecting

Blower fan would not reliably come on compressor worked ok Steve P. • Indianapolis , IN • September 02, 2014
Air circulation (blower) fan would not come on reliably. Had a hard time getting up to speed and sometimes would not even run. This capacitor fixed that problem, fan comes on quickly like it was when new. This is a 25,000 BTU room air conditioner, I didn't want to replace it with another one for about $700 especially since it is only 3 years old. I spent under $40 to fix it.

This blower wheel moves air through the dryer cabinet so clothes dry efficiently and the appliance vents properly. Replacing a worn or damaged wheel restores airflow and helps prevent overheating and long dry times. What it does:
- Spins on the blower motor shaft to draw air across the heating element and through the drum
- Restores proper airflow when a chipped or bent wheel causes reduced drying performance
- Reduces rattling or vibration caused by imbalanced or cracked fins
- Helps prevent overheating and extended cycle times due to restricted airflow
What's included:
Install notes:
- Disconnect power (and gas if applicable) before servicing to avoid electric shock or injury
- May require removal of the dryer front or blower housing and loosening the motor to slide the wheel onto the shaft
- Ensure the wheel is oriented and seated correctly on the motor shaft and that set screws or clips are tightened as required
- Inspect motor shaft and housing for debris; spin the new wheel by hand to ensure free rotation before reassembly

This replacement blade fan moves cold air across the evaporator to help maintain even temperatures inside the compartment. It restores proper airflow for more consistent cooling and helps reduce frost buildup when working with a good motor. What it does:
- Circulates air across the evaporator to distribute cold air through the compartment
- Restores airflow when a cracked, warped, or missing blade reduces cooling efficiency
- Helps reduce uneven temperatures and localized warm spots caused by poor airflow
- Can reduce abnormal noises caused by damaged or unbalanced blades
What's included:
- One replacement blade fan
Install notes:
- Disconnect power to the appliance before starting any repair
- Remove the evaporator cover/panel to access the fan assembly per your model's service instructions
- Handle the replacement blade carefully to avoid bending the blades or contaminating the evaporator
- If the fan motor or mounting hardware is damaged, replace those parts as well for reliable operation

The fan blew up in my frigidaire ac Melvin P. • Shawnee , OK • June 20, 2014
My wife insisted that our new Frigidaire 18,000btu window unit wasn't draining water like she thought it should. She insisted I drill a hole in the bottom of the unit to allow the water to drain because she could hear it splashing around in the unit. (Heaven forbid that Frigidaire didn't know what they were doing when they built the cabinet for the unit). So of course, no one's happy if the wife's not happy, I did what she wanted. When I drilled the 1/2" hole into the bottom of the cabinet the...
