The front door glass of my ge xl44 gas range was shattered by a flying crockpot Kurt N. • South Williamsport , PA • May 10, 2017
I lifted up the door and removed it.
Next, I laid out newspaper on the floor.
I placed the door on the newspaper upside down.
With my socket driver, I removed the bottom door trim.
I then used a pocket knife to remove the remaining glass in the top groove.
I then slid in the new glass and reinstalled the trim.
It took 30 minutes to replace the glass and clean up the glass
fragments from the previous door glass.
I looked up a video on how to replace it Utube.

I called them to be sure that I had the correct burner valve, and it's a good thing I did because the correct one was slightly different than what was listed on the website. They shipped it VERY quickly and it was an easy 5 minute job after that. The service was wonderful!
