Found that piece of auger was broken up front. Ordered auger and several other parts associated with ice maker just to be sure. Also replaced condenser motor which was making noise.

This left-hand drawer slide assembly mounts inside the refrigerator's fresh food section. It supports the shelf/cover and guides the drawer on its track, restoring smooth operation and proper alignment when the original rail is cracked or worn.
- Mounts on the left wall to support the shelf/cover and provide a smooth sliding track for the drawer
- Keeps the drawer aligned and level for easy in-and-out movement
- Replace when the existing rail is cracked, warped, or missing tabs
- Typical symptoms: drawer hard to open/close, pops off track, shelf tilts or sags, visible damage to the rail
What's included: One left-side slide assembly Install notes:
- Disconnect power and clear the compartment before starting
- Remove the affected drawer and its shelf/cover to access the slide
- Release locking tabs or remove mounting screws; transfer any reusable hardware to the new slide
- Test drawer travel before reloading

Ordered the parts and in a couple of days they arrived. A simple Philips screw driver was all that was needed to complete the install. Very simple, not complicated. You don't need to order the slide bushings as the slide assy. has them installed from the factory.
