We found a video on how to change out the glass and looked fairly easy. My husband, being the skeptic that he is, wasn't on board as readily as I was but we tried it regardless. Could not level stove. Front leveling legs had pieces broken out where leg contacted floor. Back leveling legs were worn and did not stay at corrected height when stove returned to full weight on floor. Replaced both front and back leveling legs, and stove was able to be leveled. I searched on your website for a replacement stem. Unfortunately the stem is not sold separately. I purchased the entire valve after confirming with your online rep that I was ordering the correct part. I received the valve in 2 days removed the stem and inserted it directly into the existing burner valve. Perfect fit easy installation and burner works as it should. Simply repair and I probably saved $100 by not calling a repair tech to come to my home. Read more

The hardest part of this repair was a) realizing that the easiest way to clean the oven door pieces is to remove the whole door and b) figuring out how to put the oven door back on. Doing (b) is infinitely easier if you stick two allen wrenches into the holes in the door hinge, but these holes ONLY appear when the door is fully open. Ordered new screws and door gasket. Replaced the old door gasket now the oven warms up faster and bakes the stuff easier. Replaced the missing door trim screws. Now the door close without making noises. Read more

I never did a job like this, but the parts manual pictures made it simple, and then this site made it simple to order the parts.
