We found a video on how to change out the glass and looked fairly easy. My husband, being the skeptic that he is, wasn't on board as readily as I was but we tried it regardless. To his surprise in about 30 minutes we did it! So easy and a big thanks to Appliances Parts Pros for the part. We had the new part in 1 1/2 days...I was expecting it to be delivered in 5 days! Could not level stove. Front leveling legs had pieces broken out where leg contacted floor. Back leveling legs were worn and did not stay at corrected height when stove returned to full weight on floor. Replaced both front and back leveling legs, and stove was able to be leveled. Also bought Touchup Paint for numerous nicks and scratches - color matched perfectly. Read more

The hardest part of this repair was a) realizing that the easiest way to clean the oven door pieces is to remove the whole door and b) figuring out how to put the oven door back on. Doing (b) is infinitely easier if you stick two allen wrenches into the holes in the door hinge, but these holes ONLY appear when the door is fully open. Ordered new screws and door gasket. Replaced the old door gasket now the oven warms up faster and bakes the stuff easier. Replaced the missing door trim screws. Now the door close without making noises. Read more
