Once we got the rollers on the rails (had to remove rails from the stove in order to hammer the rollers for attaching) and the rollers on the drawer box we couldn't slide the drawer in past the rollers on the rails. Watched videos showing how to remove the glass top from my slide in range. Removed the top and replaced the heating element.
