Ordered rollers for the rails and a new drawer with rollers. The drawer and its rollers came separately and not attached as shown in the picture. Once we got the rollers on the rails (had to remove rails from the stove in order to hammer the rollers for attaching) and the rollers on the drawer box we couldn't slide the drawer in past the rollers on the rails. After finding or oven no longer heated, we found that the clock/time (controller) board had failed and fused one lead of the wiring harness to the board. We replaced the board and entire wiring harness. Took about an hour to match the direct fit wiring harness and mount the new board. The job wasn't difficult just a little time consuming.

Used a multi-meter to diagnose the problem. Ruled out the incoming power source and the control switch. Determined it was a failed heating element. Watched videos showing how to remove the glass top from my slide in range. Removed the top and replaced the heating element. Put it all back together, plugged it in and the heating element works again.

Replaced element and adjusted wiring after removing rear panel of stove. Tightened one of the contacts. Checked current with meter. Adjusted insulation. I ordered an element and standoffs to keep the element from touching the oven surface but you provided me with the correct replacement which came with the clips unlike the authorized distributor in my area the first time I replaced the element. My wife thinks the oven is working better than the day we first used it.
