Well since I am adept at the internet and YouTube videos, I told a couple of guys what they had to do but the gasket had hardened so much it wasn't easy to pull the gasket ends out of the holes so they took the oven door apart. Took much longer than expected so I would tell your customers to tug a little harder if the gasket has hardened.
