Called repairman who diagnosed the problem. He said burner valve would cost around $125. I went online and found it for $35. Sears direct cost $43. Repairman installed and works great. Appliance parts was same part for less and shipped overnight for $9.

Went on site, read the reviews to see how difficult it would be or if any problems. Then ordered it And received it the next day!!!
The 2 screws were a bit hard to remove. Found the right screwdriver by using the 2 new screws I ordered.
Once I got them out, lifted the old panel out. Pushed down on one corner so could get a grip on opposite corner to lift out.
Once out, put in new one. Put in new screws and good to go!
Will certainly NOT line with foil ever again!!!
