Replaced the old valve with a new one from AppliancePartsPros.com. I watched one of the YouTube videos to get an idea of what the process would entail. I gathered the tools I would require, plus a work light. The repair/replacement went pretty good. One thing the video I watched didn't cover was adjusting the valve for a propane system. I compared my old valve to the new one and saw that I would have to screw down the oven gas outlet until it "bottomed out".

Easy fix, removed broken knob put new knob on. Quick service but almost didn't see package with knob inside it. Who ever dropped it off at my door either put it next to my propane tank along side of my house or the wind blew it there.
