I replaced it with an new motor-convection from AplliancePartsPros.com. One note of advice: the fan blade unit inside the oven is held on by being tightened counter clockwise and obviously loosened by turning the nut clockwise (lefty loosey/righty tighty does not apply here).

I thought this would be a simple remove and replace, boy was I wrong. This repair became more complicated then it should have been. The screws holding the skirt were frozen and broke when trying to remove. Had to end up cutting the skirt using a dremel and a cutting blade.
