Replacing the trim takes a little bit of alignment and light force. The trim slides over the glass panel of the door, with the glass sliding into plastic tabs. We kept the door nearly vertical (almost closed), lined up the tabs on the trim with the glass door, and used mild force to slide the trim down onto the glass door. Take the cover off back. Pull two-wire plugs off back of switch (remember how they go back on). Pop switch out from back through the front with a screwdriver from underneath switch by pushing up on the retainer clip. Push the new switch into the hole, plug wires back in, put the cover on, finished.

Went on site, read the reviews to see how difficult it would be or if any problems. Then ordered it And received it the next day!!!
The 2 screws were a bit hard to remove. Found the right screwdriver by using the 2 new screws I ordered.
Once I got them out, lifted the old panel out. Pushed down on one corner so could get a grip on opposite corner to lift out.
Once out, put in new one. Put in new screws and good to go!
Will certainly NOT line with foil ever again!!!

Power is going to the elements at all times and the control switches close to the ground side. removed the back panel to have access to the wiring of the element. Disconnect the two wires to the broil element and then opened the oven door and removed the screws holding the element in place.
