Control board had no power and i wasn't able to control the oven Virginia A. • Olympia , WA • September 30, 2014
My husband turned the oven to cook one night and there was a loud pop noise. After that there was no power getting to the control board and thus leaving my oven useless
I watched the very easy to follow video posted on here associated with my part and I felt confident I would be able to make this repair on my own. I bought the control board as well as the new overlay (mainly cause I didn't want to try and peel off the old overlay and reuse it) the total time for my repair was less than 15...

The control knob was orginal equipment but the switch installed by a sears tech was not and the knob eventually would not work the switch Kevin W. • Yucca Valley , CA • December 19, 2016
I went on your website found the parts needed to make the repairs. I watched the short video on installation. The parts arrived just a few days after I placed the order. I finished the repair in less than an hour and had to wait a few minutes to test the switch since the power was off and on due to a wind storm. Simple easy to do repair and I saved $90.00 on service fee for a tech to do the repair.

Needed to replace bottom panel in Fridgedaire electric oven Sharon T. • Monroe Township , NJ • July 31, 2018
Went on site, read the reviews to see how difficult it would be or if any problems. Then ordered it And received it the next day!!!
The 2 screws were a bit hard to remove. Found the right screwdriver by using the 2 new screws I ordered.
Once I got them out, lifted the old panel out. Pushed down on one corner so could get a grip on opposite corner to lift out.
Once out, put in new one. Put in new screws and good to go!
Will certainly NOT line with foil ever again!!!

Broil element shorted out. William S. • Columbus , MS • August 12, 2022
This Frigidaire model requires power to be disconnected before servicing. Power is going to the elements at all times and the control switches close to the ground side. removed the back panel to have access to the wiring of the element. Disconnect the two wires to the broil element and then opened the oven door and removed the screws holding the element in place. Installed new element and support rods and hooked wiring back to the element. Installed back on the stove and done. My wife was happy...

Oven made popping sound and red flash of light burner still worked and no sign of broken heating element. Tammy M. • Uniontown , PA • December 01, 2017
Unplugged old control panel and plugged in replacement. 5 different colored wires slid easily onto metal prongs. Long plastic piece with thin prongs had to be pried up with screwdriver. You will also need plastic face plate. I was able to peel old one and reuse it. Used razor blade to cut adhesive. Oven clicked back on as soon as it was plugged back in. Set clock time and oven was operational again. Part a bit pricey but $200 fix for 13 year old stove better than cost of replacement. Plus I...
