We looked at the diagrams on your site and were able to tell which parts we needed. We had tried other sites and could not recognize the parts because the diagrams did not have a zoom. LG would not give us the information because they have a contract with a local parts/repair company. We bought three parts and were able to fix the fridge without bringing in any outside help. The alarm beeped for two days before I figured out that the light switch in the freezer was the problem. The light bulb- I thought - had burned out a long time ago, but it was actually frozen to where the light just would not come on. Apparently the freezer door had been left open long enough to thaw out the switch and now the light was working. Problem was that now it wasn't turning off even when the door closed.
