Pretty straightforward fix. Using a dinner knife, I pried open the plastic liner to expose the screws (as shown in the video on the Appliance Repair Forum). Careful placement of new screws into the inside of the outer door that now hold the frame assembly to the door secured the frame assembly to the outer door. All of the other parts I bought and replaced were a waste of money. I figured since I had them I might as well install them anyways.
