I watched the repair video that was excellent saved at least two hundred or more dollars.When I called Sears all they said was LG would not tell them what the error code was and they would send a repairman which would be $99 to show up plus parts and labor. So I read a number of the earlier posts regarding the required repairs and went forward with all those repairs. In short, I replaced the wiring harness, door switches, and bulbs. The problem still persisted so I went ahead and replaced the control board. That did the trick. So for my unit, LG LFX25960ST replacing all those components were required. All repairs were easy and the videos and posts are all helpful.
