The Water Supply Tube is an OEM part for LG dishwashers, designed to channel water effectively to various parts of the dishwasher during operation. This component allows the unit to fill, rinse, and clean dishes efficiently. The water supply tube is strategically positioned to distribute water to the spray arms, ensuring a thorough and even cleaning cycle by reaching all dishes, regardless of their placement in the racks.
Causes of these issues can range from physical damage due to impact or mishandling, clogs from mineral deposits or debris in the water, to general wear and tear over time.
Symptoms of a malfunctioning Water Supply Tube include:
- Inadequate water flow to the spray arms
- Leakage or dripping water from the tube
- Unusual noises during the water filling phase
This OEM LG part is also compatible with some Kenmore models.

Plastic piece on the upper dishwasher rack broke Austin M. • Liberty Twp , OH • December 28, 2016
Order the new piece and it snapped right on. I had to add a few of the old pieces that attached because it was parts that made the whole piece up were discontinued. It is now working fine and have done two cleanings so far and the dishwasher seems to be working as new.

Broken brackets causing dishwasher to lean forward Fred C. • Cypress , TX • September 19, 2016
Purchased this kit for $5 opposed to sears selling exact same kit for $52. Googled how to install it, and 10 minutes later the dishwasher is solid. Given the price I purchased 2 kits in case I messed something up, but it was so simple even I didn't mess up. Now I have an extra set if the bracket breaks again. Great seller, fast shipping. Highly recommend.

Hinge cable assembly (a short piece of nylon cord) wore away and the cord broke Alex J. • Timonium , MD • January 18, 2016
It was really an easy repair once you get the dishwasher disconnected from drain/water supply/electrical and the out of cabinet. This part took 30-45 minutes due to tight fit and difficulty accessing water supply. Once dishwasher out of cabinet, removal of 5 screws per side, lifted off side panels, and access was simple. Took about 30 seconds to replace Hinge Cable. I ordered two and once the broken side finished, replace other side as well. It was showing significant wear and probably...

Main wash motor froze and then burned out the controller too i had to buy a new motor so the completely assembled sump with all motors and valves and heating element was a real steal for +$10 Mike K. • Fort Collins , CO • May 01, 2015
I bought a new controller first and installed it. The exact replacement controller was no longer available and I had to modify two AC connectors that changed from 3 pins with two wires to two pins with two wires. This was not expected but I made it work just fine by getting the three pin connectors on the cable to fit the two pin by breaking out the center web in the board two pin and then shaving off the raised key plastic on the wires. Then on power up, I found that the wash motor did not...
