One part was in stock, other part was on back order (out of stock, as it was on everyone else's websites). The in-stock part was delivered at 8 am the next morning. Wow. Causes of a faulty rack assembly can be damage such as cracks or broken wires, especially after extended use or improper loading that puts excess strain on the components.

Rack assemblies came ready to go. Simple process to just swap them out. Made sure to "harvest" any good parts that were left from the old racks in case I needed them for later. Don't think I can trust LG again!
