Replaced ice shot door. Because the original ice funnel was glued in by the manufacturer, it could not be removed without breaking, resulted in replacement of the ice funnel and dispenser assembly. Unfortunately the dispenser was damaged when I received it. This wouldn’t have happened if packaged from the supplier in a box instead of a bubble rap envelope. The problem still persisted so I went ahead and replaced the control board. That did the trick. So for my unit, LG LFX25960ST replacing all those components were required.
