Take the top vent off by two screws & then one screw on the side & lifted her up and I could see the 3 switches I need to repair. Then unscrewed the housin to the 3 switches. Took the housin out , put the 3 switches in the new housing & put her in & plug them in . And plug the Nucor and she works like new. I ordered your door assembly which I received in just a few days. Great service. There were no instructions included as to how to remove and replace the door. I checked with your repair clinic and found out I just had to remove the top grill and then just lift the door up off its hinge pins and then install the the new door the same way. My son-in-law put the new door on. We had called LG and they said that it was out of warrenty and too bad. They didn't tell us we could order a new door. (My husband found you online.) We looked online for a how to video and it was installed in less than 1/2 hour. It looks like new! Read more
