Maytag Range 629.46775 Parts

I pulled up a YouTube video of the Maytag repair for the part. After I had a visual of what to do, I took the door off the stove, removed the trim pieces in order to get the front cover off, then removed the broken trim piece the door handle attaches to, put the new part on (and it looks amazing!). Unfortunately, despite some dedicated efforts on the part Audrey Patrick and others, the problem was not solved. I replaced the door hinges, liner and gasket, but none of these solved what I believe is a flawed design. Very easy fix. Remove oven door by just opening it slightly and pulling up. (an easy way to clean it too). Then, with a phillips screw driver, remove two screws holding the damaged element in place. Slowly pull the element toward the front a couple inched to expose the wires. Disconnect the wires (no tools needed), remove the old element and replace it with the new.
