I replaced the temperature sensor, the thermo fuse, and the heating element that thaws the evaporator on a cycle to keep the evaporator from freezing up. Chatted with customer service and clarified that spring and fan would easily pull off motor shaft. Adhesive probably was extra measure used during original build of the fridge.
Noise was due to fan rubbing on housing. New fan position set to avoid any rubbing.

Ordered the pieces from here. Downloaded the user manual. I never work on appliances but I couldn't justify the $200 a service tech would have charged to fix a $35 part. Followed the manual and removed the door. Replaced the broken plastic pieces. BE VERY CAREFUL not to strip the screws. I did and that's another story. Very easy to fix. You will need a second person to help guide the door back onto the frame.

Easy repair. Remove drawer. Take cover off wire connection on back of drawer front. Disconnect wire terminal. Remove 4 bolts holding drawer front to both slide assemblies ( 10 mm socket ) and set aside. Remove small sheet metal screw at top front of both slides. Disconnect wire terminal from wall.
