Since I could not find the correct thermistor from the schematic provided, I ordered the thermistor harness for the evaporator. I cut the harness and spliced it to the sheared thermistor wires on the roof of the freezer compartment. It now works fine with a little "farmer ingenuity" help. Samsung was absolutely no help at all, but the guy that I spoke with over the phone at APP sure was. This site is now my "go to" for appliance parts! Tip for others with this model. The part was easily replaced. The biggest problem was that the front leg “caps” were shown in the drawings as separate parts. Would they be included with the kick plate or not? Were they ordered as the pair or did you need to order two? From the drawing it seemed they would not come with the part. So I ordered one. It did come as a pair but were also included already installed in the kickplate. Too cheap to return the caps. Just too confusing as to what you would actually get.
