The water dispenser switch broke it actually jammed the dispenser letting the water free flow so i had to remove the rubbery button and remove the broken plastic switch Richard K. • Ventura , CA • August 10, 2015
So I went on line, check out a few sites that weren't that much help and ended up here. A couple other comments really helped . I ordered the assembly and received it in a few days. It was easy to repair. The assembly has tabs all the way around it. I took a scraper/ putty knife and put tape on it so I wouldn't scratch the finish of the fridge. Pry and pop the old assembly off, working your way around the unit. The new one slips over the water spout and snaps into place.Easy!

Appliance Parts Pros had a video showing how to repair it. I went to their website and chatted with someone who helped me find the parts. She also ordered them for me, right there and following the steps on the video. I replaced the broken parts and reinstalled the handle. Good as new!
