I had a water filter system installed in my home and the technician who inspected it said that I should have a bypass plug for my refrigerator to keep everything running smoothly. I could not find one at Home Depot, Lowes, or the local hardware store. I checked out your website, but could not find what I was looking for. After calling the number, a technician was able to tell me what I needed. It came within a few days and all I had to do was plug it in, in place of the filter cartridge.

Not easy to figure out. Removed screws that appeared to hold the motor/fan/bracket in but it didn't budge (??). Watched a You Tube video but the guy's camera work wasn't too clear. I at least gathered that there was a plastic, one-way button/slide lock on the underside of bracket that holds the motor/fan assemby in.. Didn't make sense that once the button was pushed up with a screwdriver, the bracket would slide out (towards you) because there are rigid cooling lines that are in the way. ...

Part# DA97-12683D (AP5651833) Vertical Hinged Section received from AppliancePartsPros was listed as the correct replacement part for Samsung Refrigerator Model #RF266AERS/XAA, however it is actually incompatible with that model. The part I received from AppliancePartsPros was the correct part number for the order, but the 3-wire plastic connector didn't fit. Samsung may have changed the design and still listed the part as compatible, however the 3-wire connector didn't snap in place correctly...

A local handyman (can't remember his name or company) He removed the back of the inside and cleaned out a drain for $100 and gave us your web site and the part numbers. I ordered the parts on the website without difficulty. They came and we replaced the shelves and all is well.
Refrigerator will last many more years.

So I went on line, check out a few sites that weren't that much help and ended up here. A couple other comments really helped . I ordered the assembly and received it in a few days. It was easy to repair. The assembly has tabs all the way around it. I took a scraper/ putty knife and put tape on it so I wouldn't scratch the finish of the fridge. Pry and pop the old assembly off, working your way around the unit. The new one slips over the water spout and snaps into place.Easy!
