At first I thought it was the bearing, but when I got it apart I found the main shaft had corroded from possibly the soap powder and bleach combo build up on the part. After I cleaned it all up I found one of the three mounting braces was cracked and causing the unit to shake during the spin cycle. Using the video, I disassembled the washer and removed the suspect part (Spider Arm), which I found to be cracked. I order the needed parts on a Thursday afternoon and had the parts in hand on Saturday afternoon. Reassembly was straightforward and the washer now works like new. First I checked the breaker and outlet and both were good...then I unplugged the machine, took the top off, and removed the control panel. After receiving the part, I found I had to dismantle the left side of the handle in order to fix the right side that was broken. When I took the left side of the handle off I found the plastic piece that broke on the right side was about to break on the left side also.
