Samsung Washer WF461ASP Parts

At first I thought it was the bearing, but when I got it apart I found the main shaft had corroded from possibly the soap powder and bleach combo build up on the part. After I cleaned it all up I found one of the three mounting braces was cracked and causing the unit to shake during the spin cycle. I ordered a slightly different p/n (DC97-14493B) and being I'm a fairly capable DIYer, I made a minor modification to make the part I needed (DC97-14493A). The opening for the Assembly Guide Water, Silver Care Kit was blocked. Using the video, I disassembled the washer and removed the suspect part (Spider Arm), which I found to be cracked. I order the needed parts on a Thursday afternoon and had the parts in hand on Saturday afternoon. Reassembly was straightforward and the washer now works like new. When we first removed the drain filter from the washer, we noticed the O-ring had a slight defect which made removal hard and reinstallation almost a nightmare. Finally we ordered another filter when we ordered a water valve/thermistor for the mother-in-law's washer. Filter installed a lot easier than the original one. Should have ordered one way sooner! Like so many before us, we too had the infamous corroded and cracked drum spider. First I checked the breaker and outlet and both were good...then I unplugged the machine, took the top off, and removed the control panel.
