Trex March 15, 2023 for Model Number SHX3AR75UC/21 Bosch SHX3AR75UC/21, is not draining at the end of the cycle. Water is soapy at end. It will drain when I press power button on and off and hold the start button for 3 seconds. Ive check the drain hoses for blockages but none exist. There is no LCD display to see error codes on this model. Is this most likely a control board since it does drain on manual reset? or is it something else like the pump or valve? and if so how do I tell which it is? Thanks in advance.
1 Answer Trex, With the unit draining manually but not during the cycle then this would most likely be a faulty main control board. Read More...
Kc December 19, 2022 for Model Number SHE3ARF2UC/08 Hi---when I run my Bosch dishwasher, sometimes (?) it ends with an E01 code. I let it run through diagnostic mode. It threw an E32 code (which isn't on the error code list I have) while the drain pump was running (when it pumps before completing Auto Wash), then got an E01 code when the dishwasher stopped. Replace the main control board? Or does the E32 add something else?
1 Answer KC, the failure E32 is going to indicate an overloaded drain pump 00611332. If there is no debris blocking the drain hose or drain pump impeller, the resistance would need to be tested. The pump windings should measure 90 Ohms when tested from terminal to terminal on each one. If the resistance is not reading properly, the drain pump would need to be replaced. If the pump tests good, the main control 00705047 would be the cause of failure. Read More...
Cliff November 03, 2021 for Model Number SHE3AR72UC21 I removed the main control board and disconnected the red and blue wires on the end. I need to verify which ports to insert the plugin wires to use.
1 Answer Cliff, You should be able to determine from the tech sheet that comes packaged with your machine, that data is not in our resources. Read More...
Adam October 24, 2019 for Model Number SHX2arl5uc/07 Need to find a control module for my dishwasher the part number on it is EPG60160
Jim January 14, 2019 for Model Number SHE3ARF6UC/21 I'm working on a bosch dishwasher model SHE3ARF6UC/21. About a month and a half ago it quit draining out. I suspected the pump. When I pulled it out to replace the pump I found the drain line was partly kinked off, so I fixed it plus replaced the pump thinking this may have weakened it. All was fine until two days ago it started not pumping out again with an E 01 code, then an E 24. I found water laying in the drain line so I rerouted it to drain under the sink instead of where it hooked into the main drain where it had it's own trap which seemed plugged. Now it works fine on the 30 minute quick wash, but when I use the 1:59 auto wash it gets almost done and then flashes an E25 code, I'm trying to decide between the pump is bad from the strain from where it drained before or a bad main board. What do you think? Thanks.
1 Answer Jim, the first thing you are going to want to do is check the entire drain assembly and hose to make sure that there is not excessive build up or debri in any component as this can cause the unit to not drain properly. With the hose having been plugged up at one point, it is easy for build up and debri to occur. Once it is verified that there is no build up or debri that could prevent the unit from draining completely, then it could be likely that the drain pump [00611332] is bad or that the drain check valve [00611320] is not closing properly. With the fact that the water is draining, it is unlikely that you may have a control issue as the before mentioned are the most likely to occur given the situation. Read More...
Bill October 04, 2018 for Model Number SHE3HRF6UC/21 My dishwasher got stuck in the Heavy Wash cycle 23 minutes from completion. It was virtually completely drained and I could not find any blockage of the pump. Looks like a control unit problem. If so, how do I replace it?
1 Answer Bill, In order to replace the main control board on this unit you will need to slide the unit out from under the cabinet and the control unit will be located on the right side bottom of the unit. Read More...
Charles September 30, 2018 for Model Number SHE3ARF2UC/12 Error Code E11 at end of cycle. Seems to be a water temperature sensor code? It is not getting dishes completely clean. Cannot seem to locate a part number for temp sensor. Thank you Charles
1 Answer Charles, This would be a temperature sensor error in which the heater and the sensor would be part of the wash motor as this has a heater in the wash motor. Read More...

David November 10, 2017 for Model Number SHX7PT55UC/04 Just had the control board replaced as my Bosch dishwasher was turning off mid cycle. That problem is solved. Part was under warranty but it took two different companies to figure out what was wrong (paid $250 labor). Next, starting getting water tap error. Checked all connections, straightened kinked hoses in back and cleared filters. That problem solved. Took care of this myself. Now, getting E11 code which I believe is a thermistor (thermostat) problem? This unit is less than 2 yeas old, out of warranty, expensive ( paid just over $1000), but the items needing repair are adding up. Thinking of just getting a new unit with an extended warranty. Any idea on how much to fix the E11 code with parts and labor? Is this something that I can do myself? Based on a youtube video, it looks like it needs extensive dismantling of the unit and I am not that handy.
1 Answer David, The sensor part number would be 00611912 which you would have to disassemble the base of the unit to access. We do not have labor pricing to do this repair and you would have to contact a local servicer to get this informaiton. Read More...
Steve C. October 21, 2017 for Model Number SHE3AR75UC/21 Do you have detailed instructions on how to replace the power module (error code E:01) on my Bosch Dishwasher? When you say uninstall dishwasher what do you mean and to what extent is it uninstalled?
1 Answer Hello Steve, The power module is accessible from the right side. The unit will have to be removed completely for access to the bottom right side for this repair. The dishwasher will need to be laid on its' back for easiest access. Two plastic base tabs hold the power module in place. To remove power module, gently bend tabs until they clear module, move the bottom of module (in toward heat pump) until it clears the base and pull module from the base. Since not all terminals are used, to protect the power module, two plugs are used to cover the unused terminals. Read More...
