Greg J August 12, 2015 for Model Number SHU9925UC/U12 I bought the AP3844311 (00490467) and everything went smooth in the repair except the connector from my dishwasher does not connect to the rinse aid are of the new part. Is there another dispenser that has the right female connector, or do you have a new male connector that I would have to connect the yellow wires to? Also I bought a AP2802315 (00093046) basket because of the covers that separate utensils, but 3 different silverware sets I have are too thick to fit inside the basket cover part. I want to return this as my old basket works but this new basket does not. Please advise first about the connector first and foremost and if I ned a different soap dispenser or not, or a new connector? Then an RMA number for the basket and shipping label and instructions. If it is the correct assembly, please confirm that the assembly has the power connect AND the three pin connector for the Rinse Aid Sensor. The Rinse Aid Sensor (black color on my assembly) and connector are located in the bottom left corner, viewing the assembly as installed with the door panel removed. Annie April 12, 2014 for Model Number GC5SHAXVS01 Hello, I have a whirlpool side by side refrigerator, model # GC5SHAXVS01. The replacement water filter # is PUR 4396841. I always have trouble replacing water filter, as the water filter doesn't click in by itself. I have to pry the little white button out in order to fully insert the filter. When the filter is in, it is not movable. I usually have to use a screw driver to pop it out when change filter. Because of this problem, I have doubt whether the filter is seated correctly or not. First of all, Even without the water filter, water dispenser works fine. Secondly, when I flush the new water filer, I never see air bubbles or anything. Last and most important, every time I change a water filter after 6 months of usage, the old water filter weights exactly the same as the new filter. I assume the old filter, because it has water in it, would weigh a bit more than a brand new filter. Is that true? Can you tell whether my water filter is working correctly or not? Is there any simple way to test that it is working? My tap water doesn't have smell or bad taste, so the filtered water taste the same as tap water.

Tom March 15, 2014 for Model Number Bosch SHU3326UC/U12 Hi! The detergent door was not opening in my Bosch dishwasher, so I purchased a dispenser [AP3844311 (00490467)] from your site. After replacing the dispenser, the detergent door opened 2 or 3 times and then once again stopped opening during the cycle. I discovered a hole in the upper feed arm [AP2802419 (00350321)] and replaced it. I've made sure that both spray arms are clear of blockage (they previously had some blockage) but still the detergent door will not open during the cycle. Can you recommend any other options that might help. Thanks!
