Vicky November 12, 2019 for Model Number bosch dishwasher she47c5UC/21 When we pull the door open, it has a lot of give...now the fascia plastic front bows out when pulling is cracked near one of the buttons from the stress. Would it be the handle that is failing, or the fascia or another part. What part connects the handle/pull motion to the door that would be failing. It seems like the handle doesn't really have a part in this...that the plastic fascia must be secured to the metal plate?
1 Answer Vicky, the facia 00475271 is secured to the facia frame 00432941 by tabs on the facia. If these have broken, it could certainly cause this problem. Vallory June 10, 2017 for Model Number SHE43P06UC/61 I am trying to replace the fascia panel because the plastic fasteners snapped and it is no longer attached to the dishwasher. My question is how to easily remove the latch cover 00489674 from the old fascia panel so I can put it on the new one. Any instructions?
