Bosch Dishwasher Model Shx46a05uc/33 July 06, 2013 for Model Number shx46aa05uc/33 Where can I find the regulator water level part#263185 on the machine, I need to replace it?
1 Answer Hello Bosch dishwasher model shx46a05uc/33, The float switch (AP2802373) is located on the left side of the unit on the fill assembly. If you follow the water line from the back of the water valve, it will lead right to the assembly. Read More...
Lcp November 25, 2012 for Model Number SHV99A15UC We think we need to reset our panel. We cannot get the dishwasher to start. It keeps wanting to drain but no water is in the dishwasher. I cannot find any control to stop draining under the menu.
1 Answer Hello LCP. Look in the base bottom of the unit, not in the tub, you will see that the dishwasher is leaking. This causes the drain pump to remain on. You will need to repair the leak to fix the drain pump issue. Read More...
Bosch User July 01, 2012 for Model Number SHU5316UC/U11 This is a follow up. Thanks for answering my earlier question. I do have an air gap on my drain. Only in the final rinse cycle, the water keeps filling and activate the float switch to cause the drain pump to run for a few seconds, and this repeats. If I open the door at this time, the water level is pretty high. And after a while the water will actually overflow, since it keeps filling even with the door open. But at this time the machine is off so the drain pump won't run. I have to shut off the hot water line and the water valve on the dishwasher will then shut. It's hard to believe there's a leak somewhere, since I don't see water anywhere. And the whole situation is quite confusing since the problem only occurs in the final rinse cycle.
1 Answer Hello, This still sounds like the water inlet valve 00425458 has failed to me. You see, the water inlet valve is closed by water pressure only. The valve has no spring to aid in its' closure. As long as the water line isn't crimped and the shut off is all the way on, and sufficient water pressure is to the valve, the valve is in need or replacement. Read More...
Bosch U. June 22, 2012 for Model Number SHU5316UC/U11 My Bosch dishwasher is having a filling problem. On the last rinse cycle, it won't stop filling. It will fill and drain and keep on doing that. However, for the pre-wash and wash cycles it can fill properly. I've changed the water level regulator P/N 263185 and the control module P/N 266746 and the problem remains.
1 Answer Hello. It sounds like the drain hose needs an air gap loop and it need to be above the tub assembly in the drain hose. If not, it will cause the water to siphon out of the tub and not fill the tub assembly. If the drain pump is running as the water enters, and there is not water standing in the base of the machine, replave the control module. If there is standing water in the base, look for a leak causing the issues you are having. Read More...
Matt L. December 30, 2011 for Model Number shu6805uc/u12 About 10-15 min into a wash my dishwasher begins to over flow and pour out of the machine onto the floor. I checked the water level switch assembly which I know is a diaphram and at first I assumed it was that. However it doesn't seem to be acting as if there is a pin hole in the diaphram which would then add water. Is there anything else that could cause this to happen ?
1 Answer Hi Matt. Under the left side of the unit is a Switch level assy. that needs to be changed. It can get clogged with debris or sediment and create the mis level of water. It is part # 00263185. Thank You. Read More...
