Kimberly Riportella February 05, 2015 for Model Number silence plus 46 dBA After amazing service, one day the upper arm had just come loose during a regular cycle. We searched & searched & all we could find were the following 3 part #'s >PP-TD 20< (the arm) >PP-TV20< (a kind of sprinkler-not sure where that goes) 72 (a small maybe 1 1/2" diam spinning piece with a sort of snap on clamp on one side) this piece also looks like it might(?) have some damage in the non-clamp side, not sure. We are assuming some piece(s) must have vanished can you help Please! Or recommend a service in the San Francisco Area who can restore our great Bosch dishwasher? Thanks, Kimberly

Larry March 22, 2011 for Model Number SHV56C03UC/40 I am looking for some help on Bosch dishwasher model #SHV56C03UC/40, the lower rack wheels. It came with four and needs eight. It has two per side now and needs four per side. This is a new dishwasher in a new home. The builder won't stand behind it. And it is impossible to find someone at Bosch that cares. I don't know if Bosch will cover that under warranty or not, that is something that you would have to contact them about. I do sell the replacement wheels if you would like to order them.
