Steve April 05, 2019 for Model Number SHE55M15UC/60 Replaced the plastic fascia and now it will not run. When I push the start button the number 1 shows up in the display and the quick wash flashes on the far right. I have tried pushing the cancel and reset buttons simultaneously on the right but that does nothing. I also turned off the breaker to the unit hoping to reset it. Any help to reset would be appreciated. It worked great with the broken plastic fascia and even with a few buttons having fallen out. Now it's not working at all.
1 Answer Steve, you may want to check to ensure that the control is seated properly on the facia and that the connectors on the control are secured properly. If the control is not seated properly, this can cause the buttons to not align properly and potentially have a button pressed in acting like a stuck key. Read More...
Char April 04, 2019 for Model Number SHE55M05UC/53 I need a new fascia panel for my Bosch dishwasher, Model SHE55M05UC/53. What is the part number I should order?
Kasch November 28, 2018 for Model Number She55m15uc-60 To replace the fascia panel, do you need to first remove the entire front door panel (by removing 6 screws along inside edges) as I have seen in how to videos. Or can you just remove the facia panel (by removing 4 screws along inside top edge)?
1 Answer Kasch, You should be able to remove just the screws at the top edge and one down each side to replace the fascia panel. Read More...
Jim May 23, 2018 for Model Number SHE55M15UC/64 - FD901202374 Part # AP$300397 Panel -Facia cracked and needs to be replaced. There are 4 screws on back of door that appear to be the only screws holding panel in place. If I remove those 4 screws will I be able to slip the panel up off the door and then install the replacement panel? Jim
1 Answer Jim, The 00665887 / 00665887 Fascia Panel, is the correct part to order for the model number you supplied. The repair is a little more involved than what you described., but you were pretty close. First thing to do is remove power to the dishwasher. Tools needed: T-20 Torx & flat blade screwdrivers. Remove fascia panel by removing T-20 Torx inner door screws. Disconnect wire harnesses from module after noting connector locations. Pry out metal console tabs holding module to console. Carefully pry back plastic tabs, then slide module from console. Carefully transfer the buttons from the old console to the replacement console, reverse the procedure, restore power and test run the dishwasher. Read More...
Janet October 20, 2015 for Model Number SHE55M15UC I just received this part, installed it but the buttons didn't stay in place so now I need to remove it. How do I keep the buttons in place and more importantly how do I get this part off? I know it has screws as I already installed the part, but the plastic tabs on the side do they need to be pressed in? I'm afraid of breaking this very expensive piece of plastic.
1 Answer Janet, Yes when you take this part out you would push in the tabs around it to release it. When installing the buttons there should be clips that hold the buttons in place and when you get all the parts seated it should keep them in also. Read More...

Diane December 05, 2014 for Model Number Bosch SHE55M15UC/64 I need to replace the facia plate: it is half off--the plastic broke. It looks like it is just a series of plastic j hooks. Any secrets: start from the bottom and work toward the top. It looks like I have to make sure it fits correctly around the on/off switch. I don't think I have to take the panel off or even need a screw driver. Any hints would be appreciated. Thank you!
1 Answer Hello Diane, You will need to remove the door liner to access the complete assembly and transfer everything from the old panel to the new one. Read More...
