The 2 XLO burners on this cooktop do not work at all, No gas and no spark. The other 3 burners work fine (gas & spark). Do I need to replace the potentiometers, the simmer control, or both? What part(s) do I need to purchase? Thanks

Hello David, Since this is a rather difficult procedure to pinpoint the issue and the parts are all included in a fixing kit 00497234, it is generally cheaper to purchase the kit to correct the issue.

Heather had researched and indicated that 00422748 is the correct potentiameter for our Thermadore stove. Need to know that part number (or kit number) that includes the simmer control and two poteniameters.

Hello Harvey, You will need to order part number 00497234. Although the picture does not reflect it, the Kit Contains (2) 422748 Potentiometer And (1) 422882 Simmer Controller.
